Great Product Excellent Customer Service March 22, 2010

My original order was for two of the vicro 785 desk and two chairs.  We ordered on a Friday and over the weekend we changed our minds about the chairs but still wanted the desks. I called first thing on Monday morning and spoke to  customer service and simply said we did not want the chairs. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding to say the least and refunded my credit card within  minutes and adjusted the shipping fees. We recieved the desks in about a week. They were great quality well built very strong and great looking. We will  absolutely order from this company again and we reccomend these desks to anyone that is looking this type. Also the price was the best online.
