How Will My Shipment Arrive?
The packaging and delivery method of your product and how it will arrive at your location depends on the size of the order. For small orders, School Outlet will ship your product via FedEx or UPS Ground. You can expect the Fed Ex/UPS man to deliver your shipment directly to your building. If you have a larger order, we will ship it to you via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). LTL may require an additional freight quote, which you will be informed about when you make your purchase. With LTL, the deliverer will drop off your merchandise using standard tailgate delivery or however you instruct us to deliver the order.
If you require special delivery instructions, inform us when you make your purchase. If you request additional help with the delivery there might be an extra charge.
