Liftgate Delivery Service:
- Select Liftgate for if you purchased large or heavy items and don't have a delivery dock to unload product.
- Upon delivery, the driver uses a hydraulic lift to lower your product to the ground.
- It is the recipient's responsibility to move the product into the facility.
Inside Delivery Service:
Includes liftgate service to lower heavy freight to ground level.
- The driver will bring the product to the first floor/set of doors of the facility.
- Customer assistance may be required for oversized items.
- Exclusions: No stairs, elevators, un-packaging, or installation.
- Inside delivery is standard for all UPS and FedEx shipments.
Installation/White Glove Service ($20K minimum order size):
An installation crew will arrange to install your furniture and remove trash/dunnage.
- Furniture will be delivered to your site or an off site warehouse for staging.
- Furniture may need to be held/staged at your site until the day of installation.
- Installers will install/assemble furniture and put it in classrooms/offices, etc.
- Includes trash/dunnage removal. Does NOT include removal of existing furniture.
- Customer assistance required to assign furniture to different rooms, etc.
- Installers are approved & vetted to work at schools.
- Requires an additional form to be filled out by you providing site details. We will email you separately.
