Each cabinet is meticulously fabricated to ensure a square, rigid, and warp-free structure, with all metal faces remaining flat and free from dents or distortion. A strong emphasis on user safety means all exposed metal edges are made safe to touch. The frame members are robustly welded together to form a single, rigid structure, while other joints and connections are securely welded, bolted, or riveted in accordance with Hallowell's stringent manufacturing standards. For a clean and professional look, all exposed welds are ground flush, and no bolts or rivet heads are visible on the fronts of the cabinet doors or frames.
