UltraPlay 55 Gallon Rain Bonnet Top (RBR-55-08)

The top plate shall be fabricated from 18-gauge steel flat, spun to form, while the vertical posts will be made from 1/2-inch diameter steel rods. The bonnet top shall be fabricated from 20-gauge steel flat, also spun to form. All components are to be electrically MIG welded to ensure structural strength and durability.

The entire assembly will be finished with an oven-fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic coating. This coating will be applied using a fluidized bed process, offering superior mechanical performance, impact resistance, and UV stability. The top shall feature a center opening of 8 inches inside diameter, with overall dimensions of 26-3/4 inches in diameter and 13-1/16 inches in height.
